Kim Keene is the Office Manager and has worked with all of us for many years. She is a certified Medical Assistant and will work hard to make your visit as easy as possible. The office is open each weekday from 8am until 5pm. During holidays and lunch times, the answering service will pick up the phone or you may be directed to a recording. We don't like recordings very much at Dr. Aubrey Smith's office, so if you do get a recording, we are either really busy or out for a short while. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Clinic days are on Monday and Wednesday and appointments are made over the phone or by a referring physician. We try to accommodate each person's needs and make every effort to get you in as soon as possible; however, in some cases it may take time to get you into the office. Dr. Smith likes to have your old records from other doctors and needs to see your x-rays that were taken in other places. If the records are at BSA, we can often times get them on the computer. If the x-rays were taken anywhere else, then we would kindly request that you bring them with you. Old records are very important. If you have been seen by another doctor for your problem, then the old records will provide Dr. Smith with lots of important information that may save you a visit or even save you from having additional testing. During your initial visit we will ask you to fill out a form that will help in the initial evaluation. On most initial visits you will need to have x-rays. Please come prepared to stay long enough to go through all the phases of the initial evaluation. Click Here to go to Kim's personal link page
