Cindy Lopez is in charge of billing and insurance. She has a big job in this new world of HMO's , PPO's, and different insurance plans. Her experience is quite extensive. Just remember, she is the messenger and not the maker of the rules that we often don't make but just follow. Insurances that are currently accepted at Dr. Aubrey Smith's office are Blue Cross, BSA provider network, Worker's comp, all private insurances, Alliance, FirstCare, and some medicare on the referral from another doctor. For patients with special needs, we will work out a plan of payment. For insurances that we are not currently signed on with all that is required is that you obtain an out of network referral. Cindy can answer most any insurance questions and can be reached at the office number during regular business hours. Payments that are accepted are check, cash, visa and mastercard.
